    Please submit a picture including the entire face of the wheel for us to clearly distinguish the part number, brand and style of your warranty issue. If we are unable to determine wheel brand, style or paint finish, we will reject claim.

    Needs to be a close up of defect. In this image you can see a very distinct bend on rim edge. If defect is in more than one location, please use photograph of most obvious example.

    This image must be close up of the 12 block dot matrix located on interior spoke of wheel. This code validates manufacturing year and month of wheel. Each spoke has a stamp of cast information so ensure you photograph the correct information shown in the example below.
